We’ll do exercises to help flatten the upper back, un-round shoulders and flatten your midsection. We’ll talk about how to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and related injuries and how to re-gain bone mass. We’ll discuss the latest research findings on nutrition and talk about the importance of minerals and trace minerals for bone health; foods that help and/or harm your bones and more. Red Cross Certification (CPR and First Aid)EnrichmentThe purpose of the American Red Cross CPR, AED and First Aid Training program is to help you learn how to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The courses in this program teach skills that you need to know to provide immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. The recommended minimum age is 10 or older for training. To receive certification, student must have strength to perform full compressions.
