Registration is online and approval is based on availability per location and grade New handbooks are created for each registration and are typical available HERE two weeks prior to registration. A free, required screening for all Minnesota students, prior to their start in any educational setting. This screening is best completed when your child is 3 years, 4 months old. Is your child a Head Start student? You may have already had a screening completed at Public Health. If so, please ask your teacher for a copy of the file and provide it to our front desk. With complete paperwork, you will not be asked to repeat the screening.
