Now you can make them completely from scratch in your own kitchen. In this hands-on cook-along, you’ll learn how to create restaurant-quality samosas from the ground up, starting with classic savory filling of seasoned potatoes and vegetables, and customizable aromatic spices and herbs. The real game-changer? You’ll master how to make your own paper-thin samosa wrappers using simple accessible ingredients—such a fun experience!
We’ll also explore three different healthy alternative ways to cook your samosas—no deep-frying required. One cooking method involves using the air fryer! Freezing and reheating tips will also be shared!
Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class to allow time for shopping. Have your questions answered by the instructor and interact with other participants as you cook-along. While cooking along is loads of fun, it is optional. Participants will also receive a copy of the instructor’s personal recipes in PDF format following the class. This class will take place on Zoom.
