Introduction to Macrame

You’ll learn a couple essential macramé knots, explore common materials, and create a finished macrame plant hanger you can take home and show off. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and get ready to relax, learn, and have fun tying knots!
Whitney Walters
Whitney is a North Dakota native who moved to the Alexandria area in 2022. She is a full-time Kindergarten teacher, and loves being able to combine her passion for teaching with her macrame and house plants hobbies. She has taught macrame & houseplant care classes in Grand Forks and Minneapolis, and is looking forward to bringing her skills to Alexandria.
