Play will be divided into two tiers, a top tier and a bottom tier. Teams will be asked to provide their own reversible uniforms. This course is designed for students with no or minimal sign language skills to develop basic skills in use of ASL and knowledge of Deaf culture. Emphasis is upon acquisition of comprehension, production and interactional skills using basic grammatical features. ASL will be taught within contexts and related to general surroundings and everyday life experiences. Your time in the Legacy of the Lakes Museum Garden will provide you with an opportunity to take a deep breath and express yourself while sketching in the outdoors. You will use your sketchbook and your medium of choice.This class will focus on rendering plants, trees, flowers, water, buildings, people and more. Athleticism Camp (Ages 6-12)RecreationDASH Sports Summer Athleticism camps provide participants with an overall athleticism building camp experience including speed training, agility, endurance, body control/balance, quickness, strength, power, and jumping. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall athletic performance. All participants will be evaluated and timed on the first and last day of camp on several athletic tests.
