Cardinal Volleyball Camp (Gr. 1-12)

This camp is designed for girls of all skill levels to learn, improve, and grow their love for the game of volleyball. For younger age groups, we will prioritize teaching the fundamentals and basic concepts of the game of volleyball. For the older age groups, we will focus on refining technique, movement patterns, and both offensive and defensive skills and systems. In addition, we will incorporate both individualized drills and team-oriented, game-like situations.
