Cardinal Volleyball Youth Development League (Gr. 6-8)

This youth development league is designed for girls of all skill levels to learn, improve, and grow their love for the game of volleyball. Within these 3 developmental sessions, girls will learn the fundamentals of volleyball, refine their own skills, and work through both individualized drills and team-oriented game-like situations. Our intention as coaches is to create an environment where every athlete can feel challenged, supported, and successful. Grouping athletes by skill level will help us to provide the most effective instruction and ensure everyone gets the most out of their time in the gym.
