It’s all about relaxing and allowing yourself and your body to have as much relaxation as you want. This time is for you - free of competition and comparison! Appropriate for all ages & fitness levels.

Instructor
Sarah Taillefer
Sarah is a Alexandria native, and graduate of Jefferson HS. She earned a degree in Finance from Moorhead State University, and worked in technology in Fargo for a few years after college. Spending 13 years in the tech industry, she began to follow her passion for health & fitness and currently works as a Group Exercise Instructor & Personal Trainer. She has had a long time passion for yoga as well as other endurance & strength sports. Most of all she is passionate about helping people meet their health & fitness goals.
